Lincoln Street is a one way road off Southover Street, leading down to Islingword Road. It is mainly colourful painted Victorian terraced homes and is considered to be a very neighbourly and desirable street to live on. It offers good access to Brighton seafront, The Level, Brighton station and city centre, all within a few minutes walk. Parking is permitted, zone V and there are pay and display parking too. Primary schools are considered to be excellent, with Elm Grove, St Luke's and Carlton Hill being the main ones. Hanover offers some of the best family friendly pubs in the area, as well as coffee shops, a post office, pharmacies and independent shops. Overall a great place to live with the convenience of all that Brighton offers literally on your doorstep.
Front door leads into the hallway. To the left is the third bedroom. A good size double with a front aspect over looking Lincoln Street. This room would make a great room to rent out or an office, as the bathroom is immediately behind this room. The bathroom is very large with a good size airing cupboard housing the combi boiler.
The first floor has two double bedrooms, with the main one to the front, which is the whole width of the house. There is access to the loft on the landing. Next door has converted their loft, (Loft conversions need building regulation approval) many in the street have converted their lofts.
The lower level is the heart of the house. An open plan room with a modern kitchen to the front, with a dining space and living area to the rear. A real feature is the french doors to an outdoor space, perfect for Al fresco eating, with steps up to the garden.
The garden is accessed from the lower level and the split level landing in between the ground floor and lower level. The garden is a good size and majority laid to lawn. Overall a very good Hanover home. Available chain free
